Taxacom: nomen nudum and synonymy question

In the interest of harmony between the various Codes,
it seems much preferable to maintain "rank" in its
present (universally understood) meaning.

Whether or not the terms "family-group", "genus-group",
and "species-group" are a good idea is another matter, but
any change will cause confusion. New terms had better
be a big improvement to justify a change.
