I don't agree. In which way predatory?
There were some controversial articles, but given the huge number of articles published in MDPI journals, this is probably not significant. There are controversial articles in many other journals.
I am on the board of Diversity and have reviewed manuscripts for other MDPI journals, which were all good quality.
I would like to understand the stir about MDPI journals.
