Taxacom: Seeking leech taxonomy list

I know this is a long shot, but I am seeking a digital copy of the taxonomy
section from R. Sawyer's 1986 3-volume work entitled "Leech Biology and
Behaviour." The taxonomy section occupies pages 646-696 of volume 2, and is
part of chapter 17 entitled "Systematics and Evolution". I can see volume 1
via the Internet Archive but not Volume 2 it seems. If anyone is able to
assist by providing me with a digital copy (for private research purposes
only), or alternatively point me to a place where such may be available, it
would be much appreciated.
