Dear John,
Yes, it does refer only to RG views.
For a while, some conference slides I added about an Antarctic nemertean we
described based on the only specimen ever found was getting hundreds of
views for a while. There is no much interest on nemerteans almost
worldwide, so imagine that animal from Antarctica. I cannot imagine what
triggers that amount of views, but weird things do happen.
