Taxacom: Imperial naming

[Nicolas Bekkouche]

I do not represent France, but as a French citizen, I have to say our
government is pushing a political agenda I expect to be institutionally
quite worse in the future. What can we do to counter it ? I hope this will
lead to a healthy debate :)
