Good news from Munich: with April 2022, most Corona restrictions are
gone. After two years between fear and hope, we are all looking forward
to a week of scientific presentations and collegial exchange and
discussions on all topics regarding molluscs! We are very excited to
welcome excellent plenary and keynote speakers, and our general program
includes a variety of highly relevant symposia (more info also available

We have already received registrations from 28 countries! If you are an
early career researcher, please check out the Science Slam competition,
which will take place during WCM 2022.

There are still some funding opportunities related to WCM 2022 available:

• Research Grants related to the symposium on “Exploration, Biodiversity
and Systematics of molluscs in honor of Philippe Bouchet” (Deadline: 25th
April 2022).
• Malacologists for Future for students and doctorates without permanent
position (Deadline: 1st of August 2022)
• Conference Grants by the European Cooperation in Science and Technology
(COST) up to 500 € each.
