Taxacom: 5 x 4 year research fellowships in Kew science (applications close 25th April)

Kew science is currently recruiting for 5 x 4 year research fellowships as
part of our Future Leader Fellowship in Plant and Fungal Science programme.
These will develop an area of research within one of Kew's research
priorities, i.e.
- Ecosystem Stewardship;
- the Seed and Stress Biology research group within the Trait Diversity and
Function Priority;
- Digital Revolution;
- Accelerated Taxonomy;
- and the Millennium Seed Bank within the enhanced partnerships priority.

Probably of most interest to taxacom readers are the fellowship posts in
(i) digital revolution: which covers digital collections, names & taxonomy
management, scientific software development, & AI/ML techniques for data
exploration & integration across our information resources and (ii)
accelerated taxonomy: which aims to to speed up the description, naming and
classification of the plant and fungal kingdoms using new data, tools and
technologies.
