[Taxacom] ninjabaerus

I agree entirely with Frank, this falls under Art. 1.3.1, hypothetical
concept, the name is excluded from the provisions of the Code.

The reviewers should have realized that in the paragraph
"Pseudophascolarctos New family" the family name did not end in -idea,
and under Remarks "family Bicingulatus" contradicts the headline. As a
reviewer I would have suggested to correct that.

The name Bicingulatus ninjabearus as such can be used, just not under
the Code. Publishing funny things is alwas a good idea. Also in peer
reviewed journals. Nice name.

Reading the Code when attempting to test the limits in zoological
nomenclature could also be a good idea.
Art. 61.1 gives a basic statement that each nominal taxon has actually
or potentially a name-bearing type. This answers the question if a taxon
can be based on a phototype without being based on a real specimen in
the background.
Actually the photoshopped animal pictures did represent animals that
could serve as type. However the description lists characters that in
subsequent research would probably turn out to have been hypothetical,
and the intention of naming was based on those, so Art. 1.3.1 would apply.

Cheers
