[Taxacom] A new way to view taxonomic publications

Good to see this kind of development, especially for those of us who cannot
access Biosis or other paywalled taxonomic records. But as Donat noted,
there is a backlog which would explain why for my group there are missing
new species and genera for 2020 (including on Zootaxa which is otherwise
extensively listed). But if the coverage becomes comprehensive then it will
indeed be a great forward development.
