FW: Kühlewein Correspondence with G. W. Clinton, again

Apparently some of us, including myself, have our email message windows set
such that very long URLs get cut off. The direct Kühlewein URL was actually
sent entire, but some may have to get to the site using the last of the
three.
 
Any fix for this? I'll try embedding the hyperlink in a Word document and
copying this  here
