Hebejeebie

Many of you are aware that I maintain the largest single compendium
of unusual scientific names on my website - but said website has been
rendered inoperative due to a malicious hack on the server, and
department politics has prevented the restoration of said server. In
other words, my webpage is no longer available, until further notice,
so I can't direct everyone there to gawk at the hundreds of other
examples. Hebejeebie and the spider genus Orsonwelles are the two
most recent additions. However, Menke's original compilation is
online at http://www.bishop.hawaii.org/bishop/HBS/BOGUS/menke.html

If my website is ever put back online, I'll notify people. I suppose
I should even consider removing it from my signature file until then.
Sigh.

Peace,
