List of old names of herbaria/collections?

Dear all:

I would like to thank everybody who helped me with the information,
especially to the several people at my own institution.

Apparently there is not a single list with all these old names, but I have
been suggested to consult the following references:

1. Index of Collectors (
http://www.huh.harvard.edu/databases/cms/botanist_index.html
<http://www.huh.harvard.edu/databases/cms/botanist_index.html> ) and Stafleu
& Cowan's Taxonomic Literature

2. Index Herbariorum (ed. 8), Appendix IV, "Index to Important collections"

3. A.P.Candolle's Phytographie 1880

4. Stearn's Botanical Latin, Geography Section (pp. 209--224)

Many thanks again and best wishes.

Alina
