Another useful source, if the herbarium name is in Latin, is the list of
geographic place names in Latin and their modern equivalents in Wm
Stearn's classic 'Botanical Latin'.

Hello Alina!
I used to consult Stafleu & Cowan's Taxonomic Literature an
A.P.Candolle's
Phytographie (1880) when I rearch old herbaria name and deposted
places.
For example in Candolle's Phytographie (p. 443), I find as follows,
Regnell. Plantes de Minas Gerae : Musee de Rio-de-Janeiro. Une serie
au
Musee de Stockholm.
wishes,
Hide
