Warbling Vireos

Dear all

Sorry to break in on the fascinating evolution debate but I have a question
one or more of you may be able to answer.

As far as I can see Warbling Vireo has been split into (Eastern) Warbling
Vireo Vireo gilvusand Western Warbling Vireo Vireo swainsoni. What I want
to know is:

1. Is this an accepted split?

2. What the are ranges of the two (proposed) species.
