Biodiversity is a huge subject area so it is not easy to track down more
specific elements. As Taxacom involves many people over a broad range of
interest areas I thought it is possible that some may know of relevant
publications that refer to 'fabric', 'weave' 'tapestry or similar
metaphors used in research papers to describe the nature of biodiversity
(not books unless they are open access). I've found some, and probably
sufficient for my purposes, but would welcome further examples should any
be known to subscribers.
Many thanks.
