Taxacom: new: marketplace for taxonomic services and expertise

[Wouter Addink]

Dear all,
in the EU funded TETTRIs project, we are working on the development of a
marketplace for taxonomic e-services and expertise that will be curated and
maintained by CETAF. Aim is to make these easier to find. The part for
expertise is under development but the part for taxonomic e-services is
ready to use. You can find the marketplace here:
https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmarketplace.cetaf.org%2F&data=05%7C02%7Ctaxacom%40lists.ku.edu%7C65a67b69acc94094166808dd410f21fd%7C3c176536afe643f5b96636feabbe3c1a%7C0%7C0%7C638738255448666715%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=fciwqCWzKsAehsKB7y0b8zjHfkSmt%2FXEw8trDujfI3k%3D&reserved=0.* Please feel free to add descriptions of
your favorite taxonomic tools and services! *

Note that if the tool or service you want to be findable is in an existing
inventory which contains dozens of similar services, you should add the
inventory and not the individual service. For example: you may want to add
Checklistbank but should not add all the checklists that are in
checklistbank.

For taxonomic expertise we aim to have an automated process that extracts
taxonomic expert information from taxonomic publications.

Kind regards,
Wouter Addink
