Taxacom: systematic paper retracted

John,

Did you get the right paper?  The one you linked is in Systematic 
Entomology, but you cited the source as in Systematic Ecology. That is 
also the citation claimed by Elsevier.  I don't know the later journal?  
Perhaps this is more indicative of Elsevier than anything else?
