Taxacom: strict cladists war against paraphyletic taxa

Well, running a dedicated listserver or mail exploder is a young scientist's game now. On behalf of such a wonderful, giving person destined for universal huzzahs, I asked Google AI about possibilities. They (note the woke "they") wrote:

Dedicated Mailing List Software & Services
These options are ideal for users who want to maintain the traditional email-based discussion or announcement format with features like subscription management, archives, and moderation.

  * Self-Hosted Software: For organizations with the technical capability to run their own servers, self-hosted software provides control and often a one-time payment or open-source model.
     * Mailman: A widely used, free, open-source software for managing email lists.
     * Dada Mail: A contemporary mailing list manager that can be easily installed on most hosting setups, supporting both announcement and discussion lists.
     * Listmonk: An open-source, self-hosted alternative that is useful for one-way or distribution lists, with a simple API for integration.
     * Lyris: Commercial software used by some universities and entities to host their lists.
  * Hosted Services: These are third-party services that manage the list for you, reducing the need for in-house technical expertise.
     * Google Groups: A popular option that provides email list management, a searchable archive, and the ability to function as a community forum.
     * Groups.io: A service offering robust features for email list management, including customizable templates and message archives.
     * Gaggle Mail: A group email list software that is often used in conjunction with a community forum.

Any volunteers? The Taxacom mailing list is probably available in from form from Jim Beach.
