Taxon ranks "prole" and "lusus": I have added the World Flora Online list

hope that will cover most (all?) the ranks that botanists need.

Qualifiers (aff., cf., and others): We should definitely have a good
representation of them. That work comes later, with the implementation of
the Unit 1, Unit 2, ... fields. I did some digging on sources for
qualifiers four years ago. I will dust it off and send it around when I get
there.
