Taxacom: Evolution to Scratchpads 3.0

 Dear Carlos,
I believe such values as affinity or conformist (for doubtful
identifications) and proles or lusus (for doubtful taxonomic ranks) should
be included, as they allow for working with a flexible nomenclature and
systematics.
