Taxacom: published names without description

Looking closer at Article 8, these would not be nomen nudum, as they
weren't published in an acceptable venue as far as I know. They're no
different than me saying Teklaniansisidanaturalida unknowablensis is a
species in this email thread as nov. sp.; it's not a nomen nudum, because
this Google Groups isn't a valid publication venue.

Happy to learn I'm wrong on this.
