Taxacom: published names without description

My understanding is that those names are nomen nudum under the code. See
Article 13. https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcode.iczn.org%2F%3Fframe%3D1&data%7C02%7Ctaxacom%40lists.ku.edu%7C80776b962d744e7d8da008dd187c6be7%7C3c176536afe643f5b96636feabbe3c1a%7C0%7C0%7C638693644858733532%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=l3npzC7zcfRoTR8jnlZWrCEylfkz0Ndc4PBh%2BJ1HTFw%3D&reserved=0

The link you point to looks like an abstract; if there is a proceedings
that comes out that has those descriptions, I think they would be
available. I don't know if ESA's abstract service is registered with
Zoobank or would count as published, but I suspect not.
