Taxacom: Strange stone - fossil?

It may be a trace fossil of say a large burrow of some large animal if its
paleontological that would be my guess. It would seem to be an internal
cast of something, but that does not necessarily mean animal in origin. The
type, age and horizon of the rock formation does help too.
