Taxacom: Very distantly related vertebrates that can hybridize

Hi all,
I was reading about "sturddlefish", hybrids which were created a few years ago between a species in Family Polyodontidae and a species in Family Acipenseridae. The wikipedia article says "Obtaining living hybrids through breeding individuals from different families is unusual."
Just how unusual is it for such breeding (between species of different Families) to occur in vertebrates? I would be interested to know of other examples of living hybrids between species which are classified as members of different taxa at the Family level. Polyodontidae and Acipenseridae are regarded as closely related but distinct Families which diverged about 180 million years ago.
