Taxacom: old journals

Taxacomers,

Over the years, we've been given long runs of many journals (amounting 
to a few cubic metres), which we never consult, and there has been a 
call, among certain members of the household, to send them to paper 
recycling. Today the Canadian Journal of Zoology dating back to the 
1960s were assigned to this doom.

I wonder if this is the fate of all such hard copy publications, or if 
there's some interest in some class of individuals or institutions using 
them? If there was some hope for them, an inventory could be drawn up.
