You'll find very similar terminology tricky bits when using other site 
metrics stats (say, from Google, or Zenodo). You have to read carefully 
to figure out what they actually "mean." Happy to help. We all need 
reliable, understandable metrics, that are hopefully implemented, used, 
and interpreted, with care. Note "View" often means "scrolled by" or 
"had on the screen for a second."
