Taxacom: Literature request

Dear Taxacomers,
Summary from yesterday's emails and feedback: The Kevan & Scudder (1989)
myriapod keys are not at the Biological Survey of Canada, the Royal Ontario
Museum and University of Toronto Library. It seems that the best hope at
the moment would be someone's personal copy or maybe checking at the
Canadian National Collection of Insects in Ottawa or the Lyman
Entomological Museum in Montreal. If there's someone from those
institutions in the list and they could check, that would be really helpful.
