The new name is technically not available from the electronic edition, because even though it is registered in ZooBank, and evidence of registration is included within the work itself, the ZooBank record does not include an indication of the intended online archive. Fortunately, this can be easily rectified, if one of the authors or the publisher can let me know which of the approved online archives a copy of the electronic work is, or is intended to be, deposited.
Aloha,
Rich
