[Taxacom] Taxacom Email Partial Outage

Greetings from the Taxacom war room!  Isolated deep in an abandoned
underground ICBM missile silo, we are busy engaging adversaries.

We are battling spammers who are committing heinous acts of mischievous
nonsense, causing our stalwart malman service to issue hundreds of
subscribe requests notices each day to unexpecting, misappropriated, email
accounts primarily in the yahoo.com (and other yahoo.* addresses), gmail.com
and aol.com domains.  Nothing Taxacom Special Forces can't remedy with a
little bit of time, but the excessive spam emails, which do not affect the
Taxacom list directly, are causing our mail gateway scores to decline and
in some cases legitimate email sent from Taxacom is being blocked to
subscribers in those domains.  At first I thought it might be the content
that was bringing our internet credit score down, and surprisingly none of
the random internet email victims who received 10-20 of our kind
invitations to confirm their Taxacom subscription, agreed to join us.

The good news is, if you are seeing this, your email gateways are letting
Taxacom email sail through.  The bad news is, that if you are not seeing
this ... well ... your Taxacom email address is blocked temporarily by an
email gateway.  But we know who you (they) are, and we're working on
unblocking the accounts.  If you were expecting to see an email reaction
from a list member from one of those domains but have not, that is probably
why.  Working on it!
