[Taxacom] Loss by fire of type and other specimens

Going forward, this fire is a reminder of the value of collecting duplicate specimens and ensuring that these are sent out to other institutions. This is even more important when new taxa are described (it's on the to-do list... fortunately I don't describe many species, and more and more of our specimens are georeferenced and imaged).
