[Taxacom] Problem with authors of taxa

"External authors (Art. 50.1.1): it is important to attribute both the name and (usually) the description to the authors who are not (or not 
all) the authors of the work. Description and name attribution must be congruent."

Again, the problem is that this is incoherent nonsense! An author of any PART of any work is an author of the work simpliciter, even if not stated to be such at the beginning of the work. It is simply not possible to have an "external author"!
