[Taxacom] Museum abbreviations thanks

My thanks to everyone who responded on and off list. It seems that there is
no predominantly necessary format, although there are some more widely used
conventions and some consistent between disciplines. It seems that the
principal requirement is to define the abbreviations chosen in a
publication. The feedback was most helpful and insightful.
