[Taxacom] Original description of Lekanesphaera bocqueti

Hi all, im trying to track down the original description Lekanesphaera 
bocqueti as well as type specimens. The BHL has copies of Bulletin de la 
Societe des Sciences Naturelles et Physiques du Maroc up until 1945 
however I cant find scans or copies on sale after this date online 
anywhere. If anyone has access to the below citation or any 
recomendations on where to find it it would be greatly appreciated.
