Dear all,

I've got a nomenclatural question, regarding the work of Arvet-Touvet & Gautier, the Hieraciotheca Gallica et Hispanica. I guess that the names given in this exciccata work are not validly published as such? I know, several of the names given in this work are published in papers and books following the distribution of the exciccata, but for the names for which this is not the case I now consider these as not published at all. 

Anyone any opinion on this?
