I just hacked a Perl script

It reads saved Taxacom digest emails and writes each one out
with the author's words but without the repetitious quote lines

It says. e.g.
     DONE THAT! KEPT 451 LINES AND SKIPPED 8355 LINES
     SEE NEW FILE "Taxacom Digest, Vol 112, Issue 8.txt"
