[Taxacom] Kashmiria himalaica name confusion

We take great pains to see that plant names, but The Plant List makes a
mess of it. See an example:

Falconeria himalaica Hook.f. was described in 1883

The Plant List considers it a synonym Wulfenia himalaica (Hook.f.) Pennell,
1943, but considers latter as unresolved name

Kashmiria himalaica (Hook.f.) D. Y. Hong, 1980 is listed as accepted name
but cites no synonym, not even the basionym, although TROPICOS which is
cited as source of record and IPNI both list Falconeria himalaica as
basionym.
