We are attempting to find a publication with the following title in Russian:

в Эҡоп.-биоп. особ. ваҗӊ. сырьев. раст. в күӆът (Ташкеӊт)

This work, published in 1978, supposedly contains the scientific plant name Polygonum zakirovii proposed by Czevrenidi. He published his dissertation (where the name is not valid) in  1966 (see http://www.referun.com/n/dubilnye-rasteniya-sredney-azii). 

Any help on this matter would be appreciated, especially a copy of page 181 of the 1978 work where the name is reported to have been published.
