[Taxacom] big cat near Paris

[Kenneth Kinman]

Hi All,
There's been a lot of news coverage about a small "tiger" roaming around near Paris. Authorities now say that it is not a tiger, but they are not sure what species it is. There is apparently only that one very fuzzy picture of it, but it sort of looks like it might be a European lynx. Can't tell if it has tufts of hair on its ears or not. Any other possibilities what it might be?
