[Taxacom] Example of not following the Code

OK, here is an example of what we get if people simply decide to ignore
the Code and use names the way they want to. I received this question
from a Forest Service Entomologist, trying to have names correct in her
work. This involves literally thousands of names that will drive users
nuts for years to come.

4) Sesia tibialis:

> BugGuide has this as S. tibiale but here's the email I got when I asked about the various spellings for this critter. I decided to stick w/ tibialis as the new list wasn't out at the time. I think it's OK either way.
>
> "According to the official ICZN rules for biological nomenclature the correct spelling is tibialis, where the Latinized gender agrees with that of the genus. You will find the name spelled this way at Wikipedia, BOLD and in MONA fascicle 5.1 (1988, the latest revision of the family) and in the Hodges (1983) checklist for the moths of North America.
>
> So MPG is "incorrect" according to the above.
>
> However, an up-to-date online checklist is now being prepared.
>
> The new checklist will ignore (as do most current North American publications) the ICZN rules regarding gender conformance (we will show gender-conforming names in the index) and instead stick rigorously to original orthography which in this case will be:
> tibiale (Hariis, 1839) SESIA (Trochilium)
>
> Harris described Trochilium tibiale in the American Journal of Arts and Science, 1839: 36:309.
>
> MPG already shows the name in the original spelling tibiale.
