[Taxacom] Input sought on a hypothetical nomenclatural/taxonomic change scenario

Dear Taxacomers:

   I'd like to seek your expert input on a hypothetical
nomenclatural/taxonomic change scenario detailed in a post on my lab
website and linked below. This is supposed to inform a CS project where the
rules of nomenclature are "encoded" (to the extent possible) into a logic
reasoning application.

   I'm not looking for input on the realism of this use case (in that
department it resembles Felsenstein's [1978] famous four-taxon scenario);
but instead am concerned that the use case may leave out critical parts, or
worse, that the nomenclatural changes don't follow (necessarily, or at all)
from the taxonomic change scenario, and so on. In short, I'd like to make
triple-sure that the rules of nomenclature are accurately reflected and
that the use case is specific and exhaustive enough to yield the intended
consequences.

   Off-line input is preferred and will be duly acknowledged. The use case
can be spun into more complex scenarios - also for exchanges off-line as
desired.
