[Taxacom] [iczn-list] provisions to the Code

So, the ICZN ruling has to be something along the lines of invalidating any publication with Hoser as *editor*, i.e., deeming him to be an unfit editor of scientific publications, but making no judgement about him qua taxonomist. It isn't an ideal solution, but it may well be the best one. I can think of some potential problems still, but we have to do something now, I think ...

That would be great - but it would not stop him. In a time
where it is so extremly easy to run a self-published
e-journal he would just rename it and publish everything
 again.

The problem is that the letter of the Code seeks to bestow
that non-existing latter right on the authors of names
irrespective of merit. That's what many who consider
themselves scientists first and nomenclaturists second have
a problem with. However, that does not constitute
 censorship.
