[Taxacom] PhytoKeys electronic issue

Starting on 1st of January, PhytoKeys published several plant taxonomy
papers electronically, one per day. Today the issue was completed and is
available at: http://www.pensoft.net/journals/phytokeys/issue/8/. The
articles will be archived in PubMedCentral.

In future, PhytoKeys will publish taxonomic papers on the day they are
approved by the editors. PhytoKeys will continue printing a full-color
printed version of the journal and sending  complimentary copies to leading
botanical libraries to ensure 100 % secure archiving.
