[Taxacom] Frank Bisby

We are sad to report that Frank Bisby died suddenly on Tuesday evening.  He
has been a great champion of taxonomy at Reading University, where he was
Professor of Botany for many years.  Frank's family are making arrangements
for the funeral.  We will pass on further information as this becomes
available including where condolence messages can be sent.
