[Taxacom] ID of unidentified Burmese plant requested

Dear Taxacomers,

Could anyone tell the scientific name of this interesting Burmese plant?
Locality is Chin State near Bangladesh border and elevation is 2000m a.s.l.
I am sorry, but no close-up photos of flowers or infructescence were taken.
