[Taxacom] 2011 National Wetlands Plant List

Hello,

I am curious if anyone has a copy of the 2011 National Wetlands Plant List that the USACE put out for public comment earlier this year?  I know that the list isn't "final" but what list is ever final.  I would love a copy if you have one.
