ZooKeys published a prototype of  data

describing a dataset of DNA barcodes taken from 2,808
frozen tissue samples of 1,403 species of birds (collection of National
Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution in Washington), deposited
in both GenBank and BOLD.
