I see difficulties in distinguishing the basically 4 different
publications by Huebner involved here. There seem to have been 3 and
not (as obviously believed here) 2 instances where Hamadyras was
mentioned:

H?bner, J. 1805. Tentamen determinationis digestionis atque
denominationis singularum stirpium Lepidopterorum, peritis ad
inspiciendum et dijudicandum communicatum. - pp. 1-2.

This work is rejected. Hamadryas was mentioned.

H?bner, J. 1808. Erste Zutraege zur Sammlung exotischer
Schmetterlinge, bestehend in genauer und richtiger Bekundigung einzeln
erworbener Bildermuster neuerfundener americanischer und
columbianischer Schmetterlingsgattungen. - pp. 1-8. Augsburg.

This work is also rejected. Hamadryas was mentioned.

H?bner, J. 1805. Sammlung europ?ischer Schmetterlinge. Lepidoptera, I.
- pp. [1], Taf. 1-196. Augsburg.

This work is available but Hamadyras was most probably not mentioned
here.

H?bner, J. 1806. Sammlung exotischer Schmettlinge. Erster Band. - pp.
[1-9], Taf. [1-213]. Augsburg. (H?bner, Geyer).

http://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/44052

This work is available, Hamadryas was mentioned on p. [2] (as
Hamadryades, plural) and Taf. [47] (Hamadryas) (and several other
plates) and is available from there.

Smithsonian (or rather, Internet Archive) did not give page numbers
and plate numbers in the metadata of this work. P. [2] is found 2
pages after the title page, and pl. [47] can be found at #107.

Also look here:

Hamadryas H?bner, 1806; Samml. exot. Schmett. 1 : pl. [47], TS:
Papilio amphinome Linn?, 1767

With all species currently included.

Hope this helps.
