Seeking some Clerid type locations...

  Does anyone know where the type-specimens are for 1) 
Afghanobaenus jarmilae Winkler, 1974; 2) Sinobaenus sedlaceki 
Winkler, 1978; 3) Callimerus [Clerus (Xylobius)] dulcis (Westwood, 
1852); 4) Cephaloclerus corynetoides Kuwert, 1893; or 5) Emmepus 
arundinis Motschulsky, 1845 ?
