[Taxacom] databases (from hemihomonyms)

Speaking of how to make data accessible, BHL needs some sort of search 
within search results capability.  This is especially important when 
dealing with homonyms and hemihomonyms.  Of course, better search 
functions and consistent bibliographic format (e.g., the same name and 
the same title is entered the same) would also be nice.  Searching is, 
of course, problematic due to the general difficulties of OCR and 
related technologies, but perhaps it would be possible to program the 
search engine to recognize and use indexes.
