The glue used on yellow sticky traps in the UK can be dissolved by what we buy as 'white spirit' in the UK. I assume this is petroleum based and is used in painting and decorating. It might be worth trying on these boards. I have been told that DNA extraction from specimens is still possible after capture and extraction from such boards. Mike Wilson
